- 3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 2 cups Bugles corn snacks
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1 cup salted roasted peanuts
- 1 (12 oz) bag good-quality white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening
- Festive Halloween sprinkles
- Candy eyeballs
- A pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a very large bowl, combine the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, pretzels, Bugles, Reese’s Pieces, candy corn, and peanuts. Toss gently to mix.
- Melt Chocolate: In a separate, microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring well after each one, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Coat the Mix: Immediately pour the melted chocolate over the snack mix. Use two forks or a spatula to gently toss until everything is lightly coated.
- Spread and Decorate: Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a single, even layer. While the chocolate is still wet, quickly top with your Halloween sprinkles, candy eyeballs, and a final pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Set and Cool: Let the snack mix sit at room temperature for 30-45 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely firm to the touch.
- Serve: Once hardened, break the snack mix into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
