Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap.
- Pound chicken breasts gently to an even 1-inch thickness.
- Apply olive oil evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder generously over the chicken.
- Rub spices into the chicken breasts until evenly coated.
- Allow chicken to rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F).
- Clean grill grates thoroughly with a wire brush.
- Lightly oil the clean grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Place seasoned chicken breasts directly on the hot grill.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side without moving until juices run clear

- Use a halal/compliant BBQ sauce and ensure it contains no alcohol. For extra moisture, baste
- chicken with additional sauce during the last 2-3 minutes of grilling.
- Let the grilled chicken rest for 5 minutes after cooking to retain juices.
