Instructions
- Finely chop fresh cilantro and mince garlic.
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, garlic, honey, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Pat chicken dry and place in a sealed bag or dish.
- Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring even coating.
- Marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Grill, bake at 375°F (20 minutes), or pan-sear until chicken reaches 165°F (internal temperature).
