Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bag Tyson Southern Style Chicken Breast Tenderloins (frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer (My Secret!): Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Let it get nice and hot for 3-5 minutes. This is the secret to an extra-crispy coating!
- Arrange in a Single Layer: Place the frozen chicken tenderloins in the air fryer basket in a single, even layer. Do not overcrowd the basket! You must leave space between each tender for the hot air to work its magic. (Work in batches if you need to!)
- Air Fry: Cook for 10-14 minutes, pausing to flip each tender over halfway through (around the 5-7 minute mark).
- Check & Serve: The tenders are done when they are golden-brown, crispy, and have an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve immediately while they’re hot and crunchy!
Notes
- Cook From Frozen: My most important tip! Do not thaw the chicken. This recipe is designed to go straight from the freezer to the air fryer.
- The Single Layer Rule: Please trust me on this! The only way to get that crispy Tyson southern style chicken coating is to cook the tenders in a single layer, so the hot air can touch all sides.
- Don’t Skip the Flip!: Flipping the tenders halfway through is the key to making sure they are perfectly golden and crispy on both sides.
- Check the Time: Every air fryer is a little different! Your perfect Air Fryer Tyson frozen chicken tenderloins time might be 10 minutes, or it might be 14. Just peek at them at the 10-minute mark!
- Reheating Leftovers: The best way to get that crunch back is in the air fryer! Reheat cold tenders at 375°F for 3-5 minutes until hot and crispy. (Please don’t use the microwave it makes them so sad and soft!)
